Ferah Aziz, Certified Educational Planner, M.B.A. and College Coach: A Colorado native, Ferah has coached and taught students for over 25 years. She enjoys guiding students to understand who they are, who they want to be, and how to create options to get there. Ferah helps students achieve their personal best outcomes through improved grades, skill building, and admissions in good fitting colleges where the student can thrive. Ferah helps high school and college students identify majors and careers of interest, and provides support during their internship/job search process. She stays current on the latest in college admissions through frequent college visits, and by attending conferences and professional development activities.



Work History: Ferah founded launchphase2 LLC in 2011 and began co-authoring an education column in the Coloradoan newspaper for over three years. Ferah began her education career in 1995 as a college instructor at IBMC–courses taught included Student Success, Career Marketing, Speech, Leadership, and other business courses. Prior to this, Ferah was a regional financial controller at Citicorp. 


Service: University of Colorado Healthcare Ethics Committee, Poudre School District Volunteer, Speech and Debate judge,DECA judge, Mock Interviews in local high schools, College Admissions Educational Presentations, and Launch Service Club Advisor.  


Prior Service Positions: Leader’s Challenge (Poudre High School club advisor) and Girl Scout Leader.
