Joy earned her Master’s Degree in Higher Education/Student Services Administration from Colorado State University, and a Bachelor’s Degree from Briar Cliff University in Communications.

Joy worked as a Higher Education Administrator for over 16 years both in Colorado and the Midwest. While serving as Assistant Director of Admissions, she assisted hundreds of students and families navigate the college selection process, identify the best fields of study appropriate to a successful student career path, and orchestrated financial aid packages and scholarship eligibility.
