My Why: I absolutely love supporting our youth and their families in understanding of how to find the best career fits and what education is required to achieve these for their future. I guide them in navigating the college selection and college application process. We also support college students looking for assistance in degree and career pathways. We know the path doesn’t stop when they leave for college or take other routes.

I am the co-owner of Discover Pathwaze Company as well as our non-profit Foundation.

My Background: My entire career has been centered on developing people and supporting their growth. From getting my degrees in Psychology and Business, then working at Student Career Services and Admissions at NMSU to leading at a global IT company for decades.
