Adam is a student-centered college advisor who combines direct admissions experience with strategic marketing expertise to help students stand out in the application process. Adam is the former Associate Dean of Admission at Emory University where, for 7 years, he directly evaluated applications and led teams in the holistic and selective admission process. After receiving an MBA from the University of Texas (McCombs School of Business), Adam worked for almost 20 years in strategic marketing and market research leadership roles for General Mills and then in Boulder as a branding consultant for Fortune 100 brands.

Adam’s return to the college admission process is driven by a goal to guide and support families in demystifying the admission process and helping students bring their best (and most differentiated) self to the journey. Ultimately with the goal of helping students find the right fit for this incredibly exciting time in their life, while taking the burden off the family so that these precious years can be enjoyed to the fullest.
