Allison Grandits is an Independent Educational Consultant based in Colorado Springs. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a BS in Psychology and an M.Ed. in Professional School Counseling. Allison worked at a public high school in Metro Atlanta for five years and served hundreds of families each school year. She realized many didn't have the resources necessary to identify financially affordable colleges where their students would thrive.

Allison created the GRAND Fit method, where students and families identify the factors that matter most to them. GRAND factors are based on Geography, Rigor, Activities, Natural, and Dollar fit. Allison knows that every student is unique, and their college search should be as well.
