Chris Peltz is an independent educational consultant in Northern Colorado dedicated to helping high school students navigate the college admissions process. With a BS in Engineering from the University of Michigan, a Master of Engineering from the University of Colorado, and an MBA from Walden University, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role as a college coach. He specializes in assisting students interested in pursuing STEM or Engineering careers, drawing on his 32 years of professional experience in the high-tech industry working for IBM, HP, and Micro Focus. As a member of the University of Michigan Engineering Alumni Board since 2020, Chris helps current and prospective students navigate the various engineering majors and careers.

As a lifelong learner and advocate for education, Chris is committed to staying informed about the latest developments in college admissions and financial aid. He applies his operational skills to help students stay on track with their applications and deadlines and is an Associate Member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) that upholds high ethical standards for educational consultants. Chris lives in Colorado with his wife Lainie and is the proud father of three children who have successfully navigated the college admissions process themselves.
